Daikon is a mild winter radish often used in Asian cooking and kimchi. Paired with carrots, but truly the winner in this product. Our brine uses local Dandelion Ridge Farm fresh ginger and is a good mix of sweet and sour. 


Ingredients: Organic Daikon, Organic Carrots, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, Organic Coriander, Organic Ginger


**Note** Pickled radishes can develop a "stinkiness" that doesn't appeal to everyone, especially when first opening the jar. They have not gone bad and can't help the way they smell.
