Can I choose what goes in my basket?

All baskets are created with what is available on the farm that week. Sorry we cannot make exceptions for individuals. We strive for diversity each week and hope that if you are given a vegetable you aren't familiar with that you use the opportunity to try something new!

What crops can I expect in my basket?

While we grow a variety of crops, we don't grow everything and some crops aren't available year round. Here are some sample baskets for the seasons.

Will I be able to add bread to my subscription at a later date?

Yep! Go to your subscription manager, and click on the dashboard. Choose an upcoming delivery (it will be in a gray box). 

From here you can add a bread to your subscription. It will be delivered every time with your produce. 

Can I really cancel my subscription anytime?

Absolutely! We want to be flexible to customer needs. There is no commitment and no penalty to cancel your subscription. You can do so in your subscription manager. Click on the subscriptions tab at the top and click the cancel link. 

I'm going out of town, can I skip one of my scheduled baskets?

Sure can! Visit your subscription manager, click on the subscription tab at the top and click the skip link. If you wish for your basket to be donated that week instead of skipped, contact Maggie here and just let her know.

Can I change my pick-up location?

In the subscription manager click on 'My Profile' at the top. From there you can edit your addresses and change the pick-up location. We ask that you please don't do this frequently as it becomes a logistics issue. 

Do I need to place an order each time for my subscription?

Nope! The system will automatically charge your card on file each time you are to receive your basket. If you need to change your payment method you can do so in the subscription manager. 

Are the baskets stored in a cooler during the pick up window?

No, sorry they won't be. They will be in a conditioned space and we are keeping the pick up hours limited so your produce won't be out of refrigeration too long. 

Will you be adding other products like pickles that I can add to my subscription?

Indeed! Once our value-added production is in full swing we will be adding more products that can be added to your recurring subscription, so keep an eye out for annoucements about it. 

Hold on, I thought these were farmer's baskets. Where are the baskets?

Ha, sorry no actual baskets involved. Just a charming name!
